Description

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and promotional plans for shows within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with artist managers, agents, central leadership, and local teams to plan marketing spend and campaign strategy.
  • Manage marketing budgets, book and account for advertising and media, and oversee advertising settlements.
  • Build and monitor digital advertising campaigns, optimize performance daily, and write ad copy targeted to specific audiences.
  • Track show performance market by market and adjust marketing strategy based on changing conditions and competitive factors.
  • Compile and share demographic data and campaign insights with marketing teams and talent buyers.
  • Coordinate with digital media buying, partnerships, CRM, and creative teams on targeted campaigns and activations.
  • Supervise publicity efforts, press interviews, artist availability, radio promotions, and giveaways.
  • Support day-of-show marketing and media activities such as social updates, venue website management, photographers, guest lists, and meet-and-greets.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, web content publishing, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct marketing research and identify businesses or influencers for promotional partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, agencies, and vendor partners such as Ticketmaster and AXS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with media buying, digital media planning, and omni-channel digital marketing.
  • Experience with email, mobile, and digital marketing programs.
  • Experience sourcing, managing, and publishing content.
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of social media and online marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google AdWords, Rubicon, CMS, and Photoshop.
  • Functional knowledge or personal experience with WordPress.
  • Knowledge of programmatic media and real-time bidding.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and budgeting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns and projects at once.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Knowledge of the music industry.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to make decisions.
  • Experience leading or guiding others when needed.
  • Familiarity with content marketing theory and application.
  • Must not require work visa sponsorship for this position.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $80,168.40 to $83,000.00.
