Description

  • Build and maintain a business pipeline through email, phone, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customer needs and position Bazaarvoice’s value accordingly.
  • Demonstrate product and service value through webinars, emails, phone calls, and other outreach.
  • Lead the sales cycle from territory management through prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Position and sell high-ROI solutions in the $20,000 to $50,000 annual range.
  • Collaborate internally with team members and business partners to close business.
  • Manage objections and drive urgency throughout the sales process.
  • Use market data and sales tools to support outreach and deal execution.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of closing experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Ability to drive urgency and be assertive throughout the sales process.
  • Strong work ethic with self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly and stay accountable to quota.
  • Comfort handling objections, rejection, and repeated "no" responses.
  • High energy and enthusiasm in customer conversations.
  • Ability to receive training and feedback positively and apply it to your work.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with strong listening ability for clients and internal partners.
  • Prior experience using a sales methodology is preferred.
  • Experience with SalesForce, Gong Engage, PowerPoint, and/or Excel is preferred.
