Description

  • Provide administrative and operational support for Employee Experience, Engagement, and Business Partner teams.
  • Monitor and respond to routine employee and manager requests through Workday Help, office hours, and other channels.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including offboarding, exit interviews, leave documentation, Workday tasks, testing, and tracking.
  • Support employee listening activities, identify recurring themes, and share insights with relevant teams.
  • Assist with performance reviews, talent assessments, merit cycles, talent movement, retention efforts, reporting, scheduling, and communications.
  • Administer employee experience and culture programs, including recognition, mentorship, Workhuman, Basis Bravo, and Basis Cares.
  • Coordinate community and engagement initiatives such as employee events, appreciation efforts, HQ Week, and Neighborhood Networks.
  • Collaborate across Talent and Development to plan, execute, communicate, and sustain people programs.
  • Escalate sensitive or complex employee matters appropriately while maintaining a trusted, confidential support channel.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong judgment and ability to identify when issues require escalation.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and time-management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage reactive requests, recurring responsibilities, and proactive priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, remain curious amid ambiguity, and focus on results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, plus comfort learning HR systems and tools.
  • Commitment to inclusive, respectful, equitable, and continuously learning workplaces.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or associate degree in business, Human Resource Management, a related field, or equivalent education and experience; PHR or SHRM certification and 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
