Description

  • Develop standardized retail planograms and visual merchandising guidelines for company-owned and franchise studios.
  • Own inventory strategy across all channels, including full-price, markdown, and clearance execution to maximize margins and profitability.
  • Manage retail supply chain operations, including vendor relationships, inventory transfers, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Oversee warehouse coordination to support accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Own monthly financial reporting on sales, margins, sell-through, and inventory health, and support forecasting and budgeting accuracy.
  • Lead day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product uploads, imagery management, tagging, SKU setup, and data integrity.
  • Write and optimize product descriptions and meta tags in partnership with performance marketing to support SEO and organic traffic.
  • Maintain Shopify site merchandising, digital “planograms,” site audits, promotions, discount codes, and promotional triggers.
  • Troubleshoot order flow issues by coordinating between customer service and the warehouse.
  • Develop and deliver franchise retail education, playbooks, training, and communications to support network-wide execution.
  • Ensure operational integrity across Mariana Tek and other inventory systems, and serve as the main retail communication liaison for owners.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing, digital marketing, creative, production, and other teams to align campaigns, assets, and omnichannel strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in retail operations, supply chain, inventory planning, logistics, and operational execution.
  • Strong experience developing and deploying structured retail strategies, planograms, and field execution guides or playbooks.
  • Advanced analytical and financial acumen with the ability to analyze margin, COGS, sell-through, and inventory metrics.
  • 2+ years of direct experience managing a Shopify backend, including apps and integrations.
  • Experience owning day-to-day e-commerce operations, including site audits, promotional campaign setup, order flow troubleshooting, and warehouse coordination.
  • Ability to independently pull and analyze weekly reports such as Top Sellers, CVR, and AOV without a dedicated analyst.
  • Experience with POS and inventory systems such as Mariana Tek, or similar systems, preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, production, and customer service teams, preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working with franchise owners and leadership.
