Description

  • Provide program management support across the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closeout.
  • Monitor technical, financial, cost, schedule, and performance metrics to identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain program documentation such as progress reports, status reports, performance metrics, financial summaries, and contractual deliverables.
  • Develop, maintain, and update Project Management Plans, including staffing, methodologies, project controls, risk management, testing, and reporting.
  • Prepare travel reports for CONUS and OCONUS travel, including meeting summaries, findings, and recommendations.
  • Maintain cost performance data, including budget execution, labor hour tracking, staffing assignments, burn rate analysis, invoice reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate schedules using Government-approved tools, including IMS, milestone schedules, sprint plans, and project timelines.
  • Use project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint, TFS, Wikis, and Microsoft Office 365 to track performance and communicate status.
  • Assist Government Program Managers with project plans, schedules, requirements documentation, test plans, and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate Program Management Reviews, technical meetings, working groups, and executive briefings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and action items.
  • Coordinate with Government personnel, contractors, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to support effective communication and project execution.
  • Track personnel certifications and qualifications to ensure compliance with contractual and Government requirements.
  • Support the preparation, review, and submission of CDRL deliverables and ensure documentation is complete and on schedule.
  • Research, review, update, validate, and streamline SOPs to ensure compliance with Government and organizational requirements.
  • Develop technical documentation, policies, procedures, and process improvements with subject matter experts.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, presentations, and correspondence that communicate program status, accomplishments, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or other complex government programs (preferred).
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Wikis, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), milestone schedules, sprint plans, and project timelines.
  • Experience with cost tracking, budget execution, labor hour tracking, burn rate analysis, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Experience preparing program documentation, reports, briefings, and contractual deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, working groups, Program Management Reviews, and executive briefings.
  • Ability to work with Government personnel, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to track certifications and qualifications for compliance purposes.
