Description

  • Build, maintain, and optimize scalable backend services using Kotlin.
  • Work on authorization systems, including OAuth2 flows and AWS infrastructure.
  • Develop integrations and features for internal consumer teams.
  • Clarify stakeholder requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
  • Respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Launch new platform initiatives from the ground up.
  • Identify architectural challenges and lead effective solutions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar software engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of a JVM language, such as Java or Kotlin; Kotlin experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with Micronaut, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka, or Spring and its ecosystem.
  • Experience designing solutions for ambiguous or loosely defined problems.
  • Experience with platform teams or critical, high-load products is preferred.
  • B1 or higher English proficiency.
  • Experience leading complex refactoring or designing systems under uncertainty is a plus.
  • Interest in learning or working with Go is a plus.
