Description

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining vision and roadmap through discovery, launch, and iteration.
  • Conduct customer and market research through interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Translate research insights and complex problems into clear product requirements, PRDs, and measurable success criteria.
  • Make product tradeoff decisions using data-driven analysis while balancing user needs and technical constraints.
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to guide iteration and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to ship high-quality features on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Support to drive successful launches and adoption.
  • Align stakeholders around priorities and move work forward through influence and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, consumer software, or cloud services.
  • Ownership-first mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and making data-informed decisions with imperfect information.
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to distinguish must-haves from nice-to-haves.
  • Proven success owning product roadmaps, defining MVPs, and driving the full product lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and with tools such as Jira.
  • Experience in backup, security, or storage products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SMB workflows, MSP ecosystems, or B2B2C product design is preferred.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, desktop applications, and cloud services is preferred.
