Description

  • Define the architecture, deliverables, and timelines for technical projects.
  • Lead the team through the scrum process to deliver software solutions.
  • Set goals and delegate work to team members.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Supervise system modifications and ongoing technical changes.
  • Conduct security audits and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with management and clients to ensure project quality and completion.
  • Write progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.
  • Hire and train technical personnel.

Requirements

  • BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of software development experience in Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/NodeJS, or data technologies.
  • 7+ years of experience leading development teams.
  • Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).
  • Deep expertise with Linux and hosted cloud environments such as Heroku, AWS, or App Engine.
  • Practical experience with open-source technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience integrating solutions with third-party APIs using RESTful APIs, OAuth, and JSON.
  • Strong experience with backend development, data systems, or scalable software architecture.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about problem-solving.
