Description

  • Design, train, validate, and deploy supervised and unsupervised machine learning models for use cases such as anomaly detection, classification, and forecasting.
  • Architect and implement deep learning solutions using CNNs, Transformers, and PyTorch.
  • Develop, fine-tune, and productionize Large Language Models and LLM-driven applications.
  • Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate them with vector databases.
  • Create robust pipelines to deploy models at scale using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
  • Ingest, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using pandas, NumPy, and Spark.
  • Automate training and serving workflows with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
  • Monitor production model performance and iterate on drift detection and retraining strategies.
  • Apply LLMOps practices for automated testing, evaluation, and monitoring of LLM systems.
  • Write production-grade Python code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional Python experience in production environments.
  • Solid background in machine learning and deep learning, including CNNs, Transformers, and LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks for training, custom modules, and optimization.
  • Proven track record of deploying machine learning solutions.
  • Expertise in pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong foundation in statistics and experimental design.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and AI services like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure Machine Learning (preferred).
  • Familiarity with big-data ecosystems such as Spark and Hadoop (preferred).
  • Experience with CI/CD and container orchestration tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX (preferred).
  • Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS (preferred).
  • Experience building AI agents and using frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or LangGraph (preferred).
  • Documentation experience using PlantUML or similar tools (preferred).
  • Professional English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
  • Based in Latin America and available for a fully remote role.
