Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and global objectives.
  • Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Advise senior leadership on human capital matters and drive cultural alignment across regions.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and performance management processes.
  • Oversee employee engagement programs and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits programs while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Develop, enforce, and update global HR policies in line with local regulations and labor laws.
  • Oversee office administration, budgets, vendors, and facilities across locations.
  • Implement and manage HR information systems, analytics, automation, and process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing, claims/expense administration, tax documentation, commissions, and sales agreement handling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least 3-5 years in a global or regional management role.
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HR technology systems and analytics.
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
  • Strategic thinking, cross-cultural sensitivity, and change management capabilities.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution, problem-solving, collaboration, and team leadership skills.
