Description

  • Provide pre-sales support by partnering with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend record management solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Design customized solutions that address business requirements and compliance needs for document and records management.
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation aligned to customer requirements.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers, product management, and the sales team.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and needs assessments to understand client processes, challenges, and goals.
  • Advise customers on best practices for document management and compliance solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings, including OpenText, and share market insights internally.
  • Train internal sales teams on product features and benefits and deliver customer workshops or webinars.
  • Create tailored presentations and demos that communicate the value proposition of the records management solution.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the platform and respond to technical questions during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams and maintain accurate CRM records of customer activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-10 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in record management, document management, or enterprise content management (ECM).
  • Experience presenting and demonstrating enterprise software solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of records management, governance, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven ability to assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills across different organizational levels.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Global perspective and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Fluent in English.
