Description

  • Achieve deep mastery of Axon technologies and products.
  • Lead business and technical presentations for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Hold technical discussions with IT teams, including CIOs, and channel partner leadership.
  • Set customer and internal team expectations throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide first-level technical support during the pre-sales process.
  • Remove sales obstacles through creative problem-solving and adaptation to changing circumstances.
  • Develop relationships with key partners to grow their customer base.
  • Position Axon technology against competitive offerings.
  • Represent Axon products, values, and brand at field events, conferences, and summits.
  • Own the POC/pilot process, including logistics, requirements assessment, testing, findings, and initial customer configuration.
  • Improve or develop technical documentation for customers and channel partners.
  • Capture requested features and communicate feedback to Product, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop Statements of Work for Professional Services tied to binding quotes.
  • Assist with sales presentations, customer analysis, training new employees, and commercial offer documentation.

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Fluent English and Arabic.
  • Associate degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or an equivalent field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of customer-facing pre-sales or consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with public procurement in META.
  • Experience selling SaaS-based solutions.
  • Experience in End User Compute or Cloud Computing preferred.
  • Experience in networking, storage, virtualization, or related technologies.
  • Strong technical writing skills for RFP and RFI responses.
  • Basic knowledge or curiosity of security, IPsec, InfoSec, hacking, and exploitation tools and methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and storage devices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of routing and switching methodologies, telecommunications, and internet technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.
  • Network and telecommunications certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or WCNA are a plus.
  • Experience with law enforcement technology solutions and public procurement is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision-making.
  • Strong presentation skills, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration ability.
  • Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability, and a positive attitude.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
  • Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
