Description

  • Resolve complex technical issues and maintain infrastructure stability in a SaaS/Web production environment.
  • Troubleshoot service incidents using advanced problem-solving techniques and hands-on production support.
  • Lead technical efforts to improve service reliability and infrastructure performance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the NOC engineering team.
  • Drive team performance against KPIs for issue resolution quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Handle escalations and coordinate multi-level support during critical incidents.
  • Define, implement, and enforce configuration and change management policies.
  • Facilitate cross-department meetings and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and customer support methodologies.
  • Support off-hours infrastructure deployments, project deadlines, and team collaboration needs as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a NOC Engineer in a SaaS company and at least 2 years as a NOC Manager.
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring technologies and troubleshooting in a production environment.
  • Experience designing and implementing advanced monitoring systems for SaaS/Web environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Kibana, Grafana, Coralogix, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and optimize technical documentation and customer-facing support strategies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high sense of urgency for escalation and resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments and with partners.
  • Experience with advanced cloud services.
  • In-depth knowledge of VoIP, SQL databases, and scripting languages.
  • Experience with cross-platform integrations, user testing/QA flows, and customer success strategies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed for off-hours activities, deployments, and deadlines.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
