Description

  • Own and grow Axon’s earliest and largest sales opportunities in new verticals.
  • Manage revenue and market share to support Axon’s strategic objectives.
  • Build business plans with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption.
  • Execute sales training and provide marketing support.
  • Develop and maintain client and partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Sell products and services directly and indirectly to early customers across retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail, and logistics.
  • Work closely with the GM of Enterprise to build the Enterprise go-to-market design and team.
  • Provide technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and product training.
  • Navigate relationships across large integrators and Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Lead the Axon team toward successful commercial partnerships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales and/or channel roles for a technology company, preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, or collaboration.
  • Proven track record of sales and channel sales success.
  • Experience engaging and communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large VARs and systems integrators.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Must live within an hour of a major airport.
  • Quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Ability to think creatively and articulate complex solutions.
