Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on pipeline generation and sales fundamentals.
  • Drive disciplined funnel management, including forecasting, deal reviews, and conversion tracking.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align top-of-funnel activity with broader go-to-market strategy.
  • Implement and refine coaching systems, including call feedback, territory planning, development plans, and performance reviews.
  • Support in-field sales efforts through shadowing, live feedback, and AE enablement without taking over deals.
  • Identify underperformance early and manage performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Contribute to sales hiring and onboarding strategy with a coach-first approach.
  • Help optimize sales execution and contribute to the go-to-market playbook.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing seasoned Account Executives in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS or tech sales environment.
  • Strong fluency in funnel metrics, deal qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated coaching ability with skill in isolating behaviors and guiding consistent improvement.
  • Comfort navigating difficult conversations, performance management, and change leadership.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, operations, and sales leadership.
  • Ability to balance direct coaching with rep autonomy in customer-facing situations.
  • Must be based in the Southeast region of the United States.
  • Up to 50% travel required within the assigned territory.
  • Experience with sales hiring and onboarding strategy is preferred.

  • Competitive salary with a total compensation package that includes base pay, bonus, and commission.
  • Starting base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 annually.
  • OTE of $300,000 to $340,000 depending on geographic market.
