Description

  • Build long-term territory plans with internal partners to maximize client success and revenue.
  • Engage new and existing clients to build trust and expand adoption of Carbyne’s platform and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with product users and key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure customer feedback and the voice of the customer are clearly represented internally.
  • Develop and implement value propositions that align ROI and business value to client needs.
  • Lead key account capture and planning from initial opportunity through close.
  • Own territory account activities from prospecting and research through deal closure and handoff to professional services when needed.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasting, keep leadership informed on strategic accounts, and monitor competitor activity.
  • Work directly with public safety accounts and collaborate with channels and partners to sell solutions.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and articulate complex offerings to senior-level buyers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated successful industry sales experience.
  • Experience selling software, services, platform integration, and/or network services.
  • SaaS and cloud experience is required.
  • Experience working with partner resellers.
  • Experience managing large strategic accounts and long, complex sales cycles.
  • Existing and proven relationships with senior decision-makers in the designated territory.
  • Understanding of PSAP and stakeholder agency technology and service is preferred.
  • Understanding of contact center technologies and modern contact center challenges.
  • Experience managing or owning a territory for sales and/or consulting engagements.
  • Experience creating and executing long-term sales plans.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex solution offerings.
  • Strong technical orientation.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with a can-do, solutions-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to customers as needed, up to 50% of the time.
