Description

  • Lead and coordinate the NOC engineering team and day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve complex technical issues hands-on in a SaaS/Web production environment.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and improve service reliability and infrastructure stability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop NOC engineers to meet team goals.
  • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs for issue resolution quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate multi-level support during critical incidents.
  • Define and enforce configuration and change management policies to protect network integrity.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and customer support methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a NOC Engineer in a SaaS company.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a NOC Manager.
  • Hands-on expertise with monitoring technologies and production troubleshooting.
  • Experience designing and implementing advanced monitoring systems for SaaS/Web environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Kibana, Grafana, and Coralogix, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and optimize technical documentation and customer-facing support strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high sense of urgency for escalations and resolutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across departments and with partners.
  • Ability to work flexible hours for off-hours activities, deployments, deadlines, and team collaboration.
  • Preferred interest in working in a public safety, emergency response, or mission-driven environment.
