Description

  • Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment initiatives by identifying and engaging candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Google X-Ray, and other sourcing channels.
  • Perform screening interviews to assess candidates’ experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Own candidate coordination and ensure a smooth, professional recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Development, and Marketing teams to understand hiring needs and market trends.
  • Provide insights on candidate availability, compensation trends, and the talent landscape.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Support hiring outcomes across multiple industries, markets, and global client projects.

Requirements

  • Fluent English at C1 level; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Business, Communication, Economics, English, or similar.
  • Strong academic performance, with a minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Top university background or international exchange experience is highly preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or a relevant professional field.
  • Internship experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or human resources is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and growth-minded.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, ATS platforms, or similar tools is preferred but not mandatory.
