Description

  • Research and identify target companies and accounts across APAC, including strategy consultancies and private equity firms.
  • Identify and qualify relevant contacts within target accounts, such as decision-makers and project leads.
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect lists and CRM records in HubSpot.
  • Develop initial outreach hooks and messaging for outbound campaigns.
  • Set up and manage outreach sequences under senior leadership’s name.
  • Prepare prospecting lists and pre-visit outreach for city visits.
  • Plan and support roadshows with regional and team leadership.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns across LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Act as the interface between Sales and Marketing for campaign lists, suppression lists, and merchandising coordination.
  • Identify relevant sales events and support preparation for conferences, hosted events, lunch and learns, and company events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; quantitative disciplines such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science are a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
  • Experience building contact lists, prospecting, and outbound campaigns preferred.
  • Background in market research, consulting, SaaS, or B2B sales support is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn for prospecting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
