Description

  • Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
  • Design and develop AI agent workflows for planning, tool use, failure handling, and multi-step recovery.
  • Integrate LLMs, memory systems, and external tools into scalable production applications.
  • Design responsive AI interactions with streaming, partial results, and low-latency performance.
  • Improve reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms for AI-powered features.
  • Collaborate with product, backend, and machine learning teams to ship features from concept to production.
  • Iterate on product functionality based on user feedback, production insights, and real-world usage.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in full stack software engineering across frontend and backend development.
  • Solid understanding of system design, scalable architecture, and API development.
  • Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or similar technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
  • Strong ownership mindset with experience delivering features from ideation through production deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience with Next.js, Python, Node.js, PyTorch, or related technologies is preferred.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases is preferred.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is preferred.
