Description

  • Develop sales within the North and East France territory and report directly to the Market Director for France.
  • Manage and consolidate the existing customer base through ongoing account management.
  • Identify and pursue new markets, applications, and prospect accounts for the company’s products and solutions.
  • Conduct prospecting through list building, internet research, and direct outreach.
  • Assess customer needs and develop tailored, costed IBC logistics solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and prepare commercial offers with support from depot and head office teams.
  • Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines, and close sales.
  • Attend trade shows and promotional events to generate business and market awareness.
  • Contribute to business intelligence by sharing market feedback, account updates, and prospect activity.
  • Provide monthly reports covering sales activity, account status, prospects, time management, and market information.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in sales, commercial development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in food processing, cosmetics, logistics, or packaging.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar or aligned industry sector.
  • Strong new business development capability and an account management mindset.
  • Experience selling to bulk liquid sectors such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Natural communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Solution sales or technical sales experience.
  • Numerical competence and strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including territory planning and time management.
  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic, energy, drive, and determination.
