Description

  • Manage a growing portfolio of customers within your territory.
  • Support onboarding and ensure customers are on track to go live.
  • Develop and evolve the Customer Success function at Avero.
  • Collect and analyze customer success metrics, including NPS, testimonials, and references.
  • Work with Global Account Managers and Account Managers on customer account plans and journeys.
  • Execute targeted customer engagements based on journey stage and account plan.
  • Serve as an Avero expert and drive strong product adoption across partners and stakeholders.
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners and generate cross-sell introductions for the sales team.
  • Provide insights to help partners achieve their objectives and grow the customer base.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot issues and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred; specialization in hotels, restaurants, or casinos is a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level and technology leaders.
  • Experience with the Avero platform, Salesforce/CRM, and internal processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work with internal partners to drive projects forward.
  • Strong judgment, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
  • Permanent U.S. residency or U.S. citizenship required.
  • Availability to work outside normal operating hours on occasion due to a global business environment.
