Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing an enhanced scan from scheduling through follow-up.
  • Coordinate post-scheduling workflows with sales and clinical teams to ensure patients complete all required steps.
  • Facilitate home lab draws by coordinating with third-party providers and ensuring results are ready for consultations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of additional reports, including body composition analysis and brain volume quantification.
  • Monitor patient progress throughout the enhanced scan workflow and proactively resolve delays or issues.
  • Manage applications for the Provider Education Program and guide participants through the process.
  • Coordinate physician participants’ scans and follow-up consultations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of physician education program applicants, milestones, and feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, sales, and clinical teams to support clinical service coordination.
  • Provide patients with preparation instructions, lab draw details, and follow-up support while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles.
  • Preferred experience in imaging, concierge medicine, or specialty healthcare.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a patient-centric, service-oriented approach.
  • Experience working with sales and physician relations teams is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and medical record systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve, and anticipate patient and physician needs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities as the enhanced scan workflow develops.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future.
  • Successful candidates must undergo a background check in compliance with applicable rules.

  • Base salary of $68,000-$72,000 in local currency, depending on experience and geographic location.
