Description

  • Maintain day-to-day client relationships and provide strategic support and direction.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage client services direct reports.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the client and internal agency teams.
  • Ensure brand and medical education strategy is clearly communicated and understood across the team.
  • Oversee the full campaign process from inception through completion.
  • Manage client projects to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.
  • Anticipate client needs and recommend solutions proactively.
  • Coordinate across departments to maintain project quality control and provide status updates.
  • Support brand planning, budget development, execution, and measurement for integrated campaigns.
  • Attend client meetings, provide project updates, and complete administrative tasks tied to deliverables.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of agency account management experience.
  • At least 5 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience.
  • Digital background with experience managing websites.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Strong understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry, including new product launches.
  • DAOR experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading digital marketing initiatives and omni-channel campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and agency partners across an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop valued relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on proficiency in PowerPoint and strong presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
