Description

  • Execute the end-to-end media vendor billing lifecycle, including airtime processing, invoice collection, invoice coding, approvals, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and timely billing activities in alignment with internal finance teams and client expectations.
  • Set up and update finance trackers and reconcile budgets against campaign workbooks.
  • Track, manage, and reconcile media out-of-pocket expenses across accounts and business units.
  • Provide reporting and regular updates to stakeholders on OOP spend, reconciliation status, discrepancies, and forecasts.
  • Execute media billing processes and SOPs across legacy agencies and business lines.
  • Drive standardization of financial workflows and support process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to align billing timelines, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as a liaison between media, finance, and client teams to support seamless financial operations.
  • Support vendor onboarding and ensure vendors meet billing timelines, formats, and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Media Studies, or Communications.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in media finance, agency finance, or media operations.
  • Strong understanding of media billing processes, reconciliation, and vendor management.
  • Experience working with AP/AR teams and financial systems.
  • Experience with Media Ocean, NetSuite, and/or Adobe Workfront.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the media buying process.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience communicating with internal teams and agency partners.
