Description

  • Own accounts receivable and accounts payable processes from end to end.
  • Lead collections strategy and follow-up to shorten the collection cycle.
  • Manage seller relationships, including day-to-day coordination and issue resolution.
  • Maintain cash visibility through daily reconciliations and treasury oversight.
  • Run the payment calendar and execute vendor and seller payments on schedule.
  • Coordinate operational banking activities, including accounts and bank movements.
  • Use automation and AI to improve and scale financial operations.
  • Maintain documented, current, and reliable treasury controls and reporting.
  • Develop strategic work in banking, debt, working capital, and cash flow projections as the role grows.
  • Support fintech, crypto, wallet, and investment-related projects in the strategic layer.

Requirements

  • Real experience in financial operations or treasury.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to drive topics to closure.
  • Ability to elevate and automate processes rather than only maintain them.
  • Strong financial judgment and comfort using technology and AI as leverage.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English.
  • Willingness and ability to grow into a more strategic role over time.
  • Experience with collections, AR/AP, cash management, or banking operations.
  • Comfortable working in a venture-backed startup environment.
  • Exposure to AI and automation tools is preferred.
