Description

  • Manage a digital brand focused on websites and omni-channel tactics.
  • Build and maintain client relationships grounded in their business goals.
  • Provide confident counsel on client inquiries and Avalere Health capabilities.
  • Develop fluency in the client’s market, trends, influencers, competitors, and stakeholders.
  • Communicate brand business objectives to the agency team verbally and in writing.
  • Review and provide feedback on strategy, creative, technical, and analytics work, including medical/regulatory/legal comments.
  • Document scope requests, write project briefs, and draft SOWs with support from subject matter experts and delivery teams.
  • Track revenue, profit, budget status, and scope risks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Identify growth opportunities and partner with account leadership to expand revenue within accounts.
  • Lead tactical meetings and MRC discussions, including reviewing submission comments and managing related processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment with a background in digital website tactics.
  • Pharmaceutical marketing experience is required.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and project teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing a pharma brand launch in rare disease is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Baseline knowledge of the MRC submission process and Veeva or similar submission software.
  • Ability to think analytically and apply data-driven insights to brand strategy.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members; experience as a dotted-line manager to AE or SAE reports is a plus.
