Description

  • Prospect for potential clients through cold-calling and outbound outreach.
  • Connect with decision-makers and build relationships with prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and position AutoLeap’s solution accordingly.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through booking demos.
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices.
  • Support the company’s mission to help auto repair shop owners grow their businesses.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Familiarity with sales software and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Ability to ask insightful questions and uncover customer needs and opportunities.
  • A disciplined, process-oriented approach to sales with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong competitive drive and a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Willingness to support tasks outside of the core day-to-day scope as business needs evolve.
