Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders to tailor outreach.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand needs and qualify interest.
  • Communicate Authentic8’s value proposition clearly to prospects.
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Meet or exceed pipeline generation goals and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting.
  • Continuously build product knowledge and stay current on cybersecurity and digital investigations trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and account research within a defined ICP.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger or Sandler, with willingness to learn and apply new approaches.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including objection handling and active listening.
  • Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Curious, proactive, resilient, and coachable mindset.
