Description

  • Build a brand-new strategic product from the ground up for Aura for Business.
  • Develop mobile-first features using React Native.
  • Develop full-stack features using a Node.js stack.
  • Own complex features end to end from design and architecture through development, deployment, and iteration.
  • Translate ambiguous business goals into clear, scalable technical requirements.
  • Serve as a key technical partner and voice in shaping the product direction.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Take initiative and proactively solve complex problems.
  • Help design and deliver a first-of-its-kind managed service provider solution for corporate security.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • 2-3+ years of experience as a lead engineer on a team or large projects.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and with quality.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expert knowledge of software design best practices, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technology and choosing the right architecture for the job, including serverless functions, containerized services, relational databases, NoSQL databases, caches, and queues.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, and DynamoDB (preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra, formerly Azure Active Directory (preferred).
  • Experience with Python and Databricks (preferred).
  • Must be US-based for this remote role.
