Description

Own features and systems end-to-end across architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Design clean, maintainable systems that scale.
Work with engineering, product, data, revenue, and customer stakeholders to turn business problems into shipped software.
Shape what gets built and why across teams rather than waiting for detailed specs.
Use AI coding tools daily for implementation, code review, testing, documentation, and exploration.
Work across the full stack, including backend services, frontend applications, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and maintainability.
Raise engineering quality through tooling improvements, code quality, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on software development experience with a proven track record of shipping customer-facing applications.
Experience working across Python, TypeScript/React, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Databricks.
Strong, daily use of AI coding tools as part of an AI-accelerated workflow.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and break down vague business problems into working solutions.
Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders and aligning business and engineering tradeoffs.
Responsiveness and reliability when owning production systems, especially under pressure.
Bias toward action and ownership in identifying and solving problems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related technical discipline.
Ability to work fully remotely within the United States.
Must not currently require, or in the future require, visa sponsorship.
