Description

  • Own features and systems end-to-end across architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
  • Design clean, maintainable systems that scale.
  • Work with engineering, product, data, revenue, and customer stakeholders to turn business problems into shipped software.
  • Shape what gets built and why across teams rather than waiting for detailed specs.
  • Use AI coding tools daily for implementation, code review, testing, documentation, and exploration.
  • Work across the full stack, including backend services, frontend applications, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance speed, quality, and maintainability.
  • Raise engineering quality through tooling improvements, code quality, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on software development experience with a proven track record of shipping customer-facing applications.
  • Experience working across Python, TypeScript/React, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Databricks.
  • Strong, daily use of AI coding tools as part of an AI-accelerated workflow.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and break down vague business problems into working solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders and aligning business and engineering tradeoffs.
  • Responsiveness and reliability when owning production systems, especially under pressure.
  • Bias toward action and ownership in identifying and solving problems.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or a related technical discipline.
  • Ability to work fully remotely within the United States.
  • Must not currently require, or in the future require, visa sponsorship.
