Description

  • Own the Operations Agent for production operations teams, process engineers, and shift supervisors from design-partner validation through commercial launch.
  • Own the Industrial Data Exploration Agent that unifies machine health data, CMMS work orders, and historian process data through natural language.
  • Define and sequence additional agentic applications across maintenance planning, corporate intelligence, and cross-site analysis.
  • Shape the vision for an Agent and Workflow Studio that lets customers configure and deploy tailored industrial AI experiences.
  • Translate design-partner signals into prioritized product expansion bets and commercialization plans.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, GTM, Operations, and strategic customers from concept through launch and adoption.
  • Drive product decisions for agentic systems, LLM evaluation, and production AI reliability.
  • Lead complex products through ambiguity to launch and commercial impact.
  • Build products that monitor KPIs, surface anomalies and root-cause hypotheses, and progress toward autonomous recommendations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical Product Management or equivalent product leadership experience.
  • Experience building and launching AI or agentic applications.
  • Deep familiarity with industrial environments such as manufacturing, operations, maintenance, reliability, or supply chain.
  • Experience and understanding of building complex data systems.
  • Proven track record taking complex products from ambiguity through launch and commercial impact.
  • Familiarity with AI-native product development, including agentic systems, LLM evaluation, and production AI reliability.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Preferred: experience at both large and small operations.
  • Preferred: experience with industrial data sources such as process historians, CMMS platforms, or equivalent enterprise systems.
  • Preferred: experience with conversational AI, natural language interfaces, or AI-assisted workflow products.
  • Preferred: experience partnering with design partners or strategic enterprise customers to co-develop and launch new product offerings.
