Description

  • Lead the enterprise-wide process engineering strategy and deliver its roadmap and value realization plans.
  • Build and develop a team of process engineering specialists and improvement practitioners.
  • Establish and chair the Process Engineering Steering Committee to drive firmwide alignment and prioritization.
  • Partner with leaders across Customer Success, Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, HR, Compliance, Security, and Legal to execute transformation initiatives.
  • Define and maintain process management standards, methodologies, governance frameworks, and enterprise process ownership models.
  • Lead process discovery, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and current-state/future-state process documentation efforts.
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and outcomes for Customer Success and Operations technology platforms.
  • Manage platform portfolios including CRM, customer support, knowledge management, analytics, automation, AI, and operational systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled transformation programs across the organization.
  • Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting on transformation outcomes and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) required.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Process Engineering, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Product Management, Operations Leadership, or related disciplines.
  • 10+ years leading managers and global cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Architecture, Process Governance, Continuous Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, and Operating Model Design.
  • Experience building and scaling global organizations.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Experience implementing enterprise process maturity frameworks and process ownership/governance models.
  • Proven experience leading AI-enabled business transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Data Privacy, Risk Management, and healthcare regulatory considerations.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, complex transformation portfolios, and executive-level steering committees.
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational change programs.

  • Experience achieving cost reduction, productivity improvements, technology adoption, and customer experience improvements.
