Description

  • Build and manage relationships with schools across Victoria.
  • Connect with school leaders, including principals and heads of curriculum.
  • Identify school needs and match them with appropriate Atomi solutions.
  • Run engaging product demonstrations virtually and on-site.
  • Manage the full sales journey from first contact through partnership.
  • Lead pricing conversations and negotiate agreements confidently.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot to forecast and manage the pipeline.
  • Work closely with customer success to support onboarding and adoption.
  • Track engagement trends and customer feedback and report insights.
  • Create a positive, professional experience for all school contacts.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a full-cycle sales role, ideally in edtech or education, or previous experience in the education field.
  • Experience working with schools or a deep understanding of teaching and learning.
  • Strategic sales mindset with a focus on long-term relationships.
  • Clear and confident communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy pipeline and ambitious targets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other sales tools preferred.
  • Collaborative approach and openness to feedback.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Willingness to travel to schools across Victoria.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence.
  • Australian working rights are required.
