Description

  • Drive outbound lead generation within existing schools in QLD or NSW to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Build and expand relationships with school stakeholders to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Run engaging product demos that communicate Atomi’s value and inspire confidence in prospective buyers.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to multithread accounts and strengthen commercial outcomes.
  • Manage and grow a year-round sales pipeline, consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and close expansion deals to deliver measurable revenue growth.
  • Share market and customer insights with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to shape growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS or tech solution sales with a strong record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated confidence in prospecting and building new relationships, with the ability to expand accounts over time.
  • Familiarity with 'land and expand' strategies and partnering with internal teams to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and persuasively.
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback, continuous improvement, and new ways of working.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, earning trust and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Bonus: experience in startups or EdTech (preferred).
  • Australian working rights required.
