Description

  • Negotiate, close, and win new business and existing customer extensions.
  • Design and implement regional and industry-based market strategies for the company’s solution offerings.
  • Develop relationships with C-level and senior leadership decision-makers through prospecting, Microsoft Seller engagement, and Microsoft programs.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Microsoft field representatives and the broader Microsoft community.
  • Learn client business and technical requirements and position solutions that deliver business value and clear ROI.
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including lead identification, qualification, scope construction, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecast through discovery calls and joint meetings with Microsoft Sellers.
  • Drive client awareness across all three service lines and maintain a balanced approach across Azure solutions.
  • Understand account technology environments and help shape migration plans toward cloud-based solutions.
  • Position Atmosera’s Application Innovation, Advanced Data Services and AI, DevOps, Security, and Cloud Architecture offerings with Microsoft Sellers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience in complex sales, solution selling, and strategic account leadership is a plus.
  • Prior sales experience in Microsoft services and solutions is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record in solutions-oriented sales.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Services sales experience in a channel environment.
  • Passion for introducing disruptive solutions that help customers evolve into digital-first organizations.
  • Passion for client experience and using consulting to help clients achieve their goals.
