Description

  • Design, develop, configure, install, administer, maintain, and upgrade cloud infrastructure components.
  • Build automated solutions for cloud infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Lead service transition teams implementing greenfield environments, brownfield management tooling, and cloud migrations.
  • Troubleshoot advanced infrastructure issues and advise on client escalations and internal operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to create operational runbooks and define alerting telemetry.
  • Develop and productize custom cloud services and recommend improvements across the Azure ecosystem.
  • Maintain accurate configuration documentation for client deployments.
  • Use continuous improvement and data analysis to improve delivery timelines and quality.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to internal and external clients and assist with team development and training.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on cloud experience in a technical or service organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of hyperscale cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with on-premises-to-Azure workload migrations, Azure storage, networking, and Windows high-availability environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL, SQL Always On, Azure SQL PaaS, and Azure Web Apps.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure networking, including NSGs, WAFs, and VPN gateways.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Ansible, or Terraform.
  • Professional services or external client-facing experience with strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work and lead in team-based environments using Agile or ITIL practices, change management, and regulated frameworks.
  • Required certifications: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), and Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800/AZ-801); Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) required within 90 days.
