Description

  • Drive full-cycle sales as one of the first sales hires and help shape the sales strategy.
  • Develop and expand sales channels to increase market share and revenue.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies to support business growth.
  • Lead outreach activities including initial contact, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Generate leads and support deal closure through direct sales execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and sales team on growth strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects and sales tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Work autonomously in a high-pace environment with changing priorities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales execution, such as an Account Executive role or similar.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup.
  • Proven ability to manage CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or Italian is a nice to have.
