Description

  • Own integrated marketing strategy for key client accounts from initial diagnosis through roadmap development and ongoing optimization.
  • Build go-to-market and lead generation strategies that align messaging, targeting, channel mix, and the buyer journey.
  • Serve as the strategic lead in client relationships by translating data into executive-ready insights and long-term growth recommendations.
  • Lead workshops and strategy sessions that connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
  • Develop cross-channel demand generation frameworks that combine organic visibility, paid acquisition, and content across the buyer journey.
  • Partner with paid media specialists to unify search, social, and retargeting campaigns into a coordinated system.
  • Guide testing, conversion optimization, and measurement strategies across creative, landing pages, and channels.
  • Develop strategies to improve visibility across traditional search and AI-driven discovery platforms.
  • Build reporting frameworks that track traditional KPIs and emerging AI visibility metrics.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and Content teams to create unified client roadmaps and elevate strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.
  • At least 1 year of prior agency experience.
  • Experience leading multi-channel engagements rather than optimizing individual channels only.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and full-funnel lead generation strategy.
  • Working knowledge of paid media channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with content strategy and brand positioning.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, Databox, or similar.
  • Meaningful SEO and AEO experience, including organic visibility, structured data, entity optimization, and AI-driven discovery.
  • Experience with B2B clients or lead generation-focused brands, with understanding of pipeline, MQLs, and sales outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead client strategy sessions and write crisp executive summaries.
  • Experience with AI tools for research, content strategy, or competitive analysis is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AEO/GEO concepts and emerging AI search behavior is preferred.
  • Background in agency environments with multi-client account management is preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce from a strategy or reporting perspective is preferred.

  • Salary range of $80,000-$95,000.
