Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highly available, high-performance backend services in Java.
Own backend architecture and optimize scalability, reliability, and performance.
Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
Build secure, resilient, maintainable distributed systems for high-concurrency workloads.
Develop and optimize APIs, database models, and system integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Conduct code reviews, define technical standards, and promote engineering best practices.
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and identify performance bottlenecks and system risks.
Lead or contribute to the development of AI engineering capabilities, tools, and infrastructure.
Stay current with emerging technologies and share technical knowledge with the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean code principles, and software engineering best practices.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and MyBatis or MyBatis-Plus.
Experience designing distributed systems with scalability, reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and Redis.
Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or RocketMQ.
Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Good understanding of RESTful API design and backend security best practices.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Basic English reading and writing skills.
Preferred: experience in Web3, digital asset custody, cryptocurrency exchange, or blockchain infrastructure systems.
Preferred: experience designing high-throughput, low-latency backend systems.
Preferred: experience applying AI technologies to improve engineering productivity or build AI-powered applications or components.
Preferred: full-stack development experience.
