Description

  • Define and evolve microservices and micro frontend architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
  • Lead the design and implementation of serverless, cloud-native backends using Node.js, GraphQL, AWS services, and databases.
  • Guide technical direction across teams by mentoring engineers and setting coding standards.
  • Perform detailed code reviews with a focus on architecture, clean code, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and promote best practices for their use.
  • Build React-based micro frontends and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
  • Establish and support test-first development practices, including unit, integration, and UI testing.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define technical strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Promote performance optimization, observability, and security best practices across applications and services.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and microservices or serverless architectures.
  • Strong fullstack experience with React and TypeScript on the frontend.
  • Solid expertise in GraphQL APIs, REST, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS/Aurora.
  • Experience with both NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Strong background in unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and elevate teams as a technical authority.
  • Experience evaluating and using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, and MCP.
  • Excellent communication skills with advanced English for collaboration with distributed international teams.
