Description

  • Develop reports and analytics using data from the data warehouse and Salesforce.
  • Use Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting tools to analyze and present data.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, relationships, correlations, outliers, and anomalies.
  • Provide consultative insights, context, and narrative explanations through visualizations and written summaries.
  • Review and QA reports and data before delivery to internal or external clients.
  • Communicate directly with customers about data needs, specifications, and key deadlines.
  • Research and identify data quality issues and investigate their causes.
  • Manage incoming partner requests and questions related to data specifications.
  • Configure and test mapping tools to translate source data into the required format, and document the process clearly.
  • Serve as the resident expert on data requirements and lead web-based trainings for clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL is required.
  • Previous client-facing experience is required.
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently with limited direction.
  • Must be extremely responsive and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify data patterns.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • No supervisory responsibilities for this role.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
