Description

  • Own and lead data and automation improvements for Tableau, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and related reporting initiatives.
  • Create and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards, recurring reports, ad hoc reports, and reporting tools.
  • Build automation and efficiency into reporting solutions to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Work with Software/IT teams, clients, and vendors to translate complex concepts and integrate data solutions.
  • Support the technical development of Client Services reporting by expanding data warehouse and API-connected solutions.
  • Analyze business trends and identify reporting and automation improvement opportunities.
  • Design governance standards for quality checks, version control, and automation documentation.
  • Manage quality control across the reporting team for reports, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Perform database queries and business data analysis as needed.
  • Support reconciliations, macros, reports, and other automation processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a business or data analyst.
  • Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, including Tableau and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Ability to create, interpret, and maintain complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of database and analysis tools such as PostgreSQL and Excel.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, LookUps, Index/Match, charts/graphs, PowerQuery, and VBA.
  • Ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively to develop solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming strongly preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience with call center technologies such as IVR, call routing, call tracking, and WFO preferred.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or NodeJS preferred.
  • Tableau certification preferred.

  • Base salary range of $75,000–$111,000.
