Description

  • Build and maintain reporting for marketplace coverage, agency performance, SLA compliance, and business intelligence dashboards.
  • Own and maintain the partner agency data model, replacing manual spreadsheets with an integrated reporting view.
  • Partner with Operations to standardize agency sourcing and qualification processes and improve pipeline visibility.
  • Develop financial and operational models for geographic expansion, market sizing, coverage gap analysis, and agency capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to turn ad hoc queries into governed reports and documentation.
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators and product initiative success metrics.
  • Present coverage, performance, and business insights to leadership.
  • Conduct data quality audits and drive fixes for gaps in data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, product analytics, revenue operations, or strategy and operations, preferably in a marketplace, platform, or operations-intensive environment.
  • Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and working with unfamiliar database schemas.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience defining KPIs, developing financial models, conducting market sizing, and making actionable business recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and develop analytical solutions from open-ended business questions.
  • Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to data model design and collaborating with Engineering on reliable reporting structures is preferred.
  • Experience with dbt, Snowflake, or similar modern data stack tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketplace dynamics such as supply-demand balancing, provider quality scoring, and coverage optimization is preferred.
  • Experience in legal services, litigation support, or another regulated industry is preferred.

  • Competitive compensation range of $95,000 to $160,000, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
