Description

  • Develop reports and analytics using data from the data warehouse and Salesforce with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, relationships, correlations, outliers, and anomalies.
  • Provide consultative insights and explain data findings through visualizations and narrative descriptions.
  • Review and quality-check reports and data before delivering them to internal or external clients.
  • Communicate directly with customers about data needs, key deadlines, and ongoing requests.
  • Research and identify data quality issues and investigate their root causes.
  • Manage incoming partner requests regarding data specifications and translation requirements.
  • Configure mapping tools to translate source data into the desired format, and test and document the tools.
  • Serve as the internal and client-facing subject matter expert for data requirements and specifications.
  • Lead web-based trainings for clients and partners on data specifications and requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL is required.
  • Previous client-facing experience is required.
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce reporting is preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work with limited direction in an entrepreneurial-like environment.
  • Must be extremely responsive and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical ability to synthesize complex information and apply statistical analysis.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present numerical data clearly.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change, competing demands, and unexpected events.
  • No supervisory responsibilities for this role.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
  • Work is performed in a traditional professional office environment.
