Description

  • Confirm the next day’s appointments by text through Ring Central.
  • Respond promptly to incoming patient text messages during assigned shifts.
  • Schedule and manage bookings in Dr. Chrono across multiple providers.
  • Collect service details from new patients and route them to the appropriate provider.
  • Gather insurance card details and date of birth or ID information for eligibility verification.
  • Handle same-day scheduling requests by checking availability and confirming appointments.
  • Flag unclear situations or cases needing owner attention rather than making assumptions.
  • Proactively contact existing patients to encourage new bookings once fully onboarded.

Requirements

  • Female candidate required due to the practice’s patient base and the sensitive nature of conversations.
  • Strong written English communication skills, with any verbal communication also needing to be clear.
  • Experience with Dr. Chrono and Ring Central is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to learn Dr. Chrono and Ring Central quickly if not already familiar.
  • Comfort working independently and remaining responsive during assigned shift windows.
  • Reliability and consistency for a small, family-run practice.
  • Prior experience in a medical, aesthetic, or wellness front-desk or scheduling role is a strong plus.
  • Based in South Africa or the Philippines is preferred.
  • Availability for part-time work, 10 hours per week, on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Ability to work remotely in Pacific Time across split shifts.
