Description

Operate as a subject matter expert across multiple team functions with minimal supervision and present metrics and reports to leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve core operational processes, including tooling, documentation, policy, and team scope.
Lead coordination between internal and external teams to identify and drive solutions for Triage support.
Build and maintain tools that support Triage workflows, operational efficiency, and data-driven reporting.
Write, maintain, and own clear documentation to support decision-making on safety-critical issues.
Assist management with setting quarterly objectives and defining necessary requirements.
Own the development of new operational processes and communicate with management and stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve software layout development, operational procedures, and executive metric reporting.
Work in a fast-paced operational environment with strong attention to detail.
Mentor and train team members within the domain of expertise.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of employment experience, or Associate’s degree with 4 years, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of employment experience.
Ability to learn new software tools and technologies quickly.
Strong experience with Atlassian products, including Confluence and Jira.
Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional engineering teams.
Thorough analytical skills to assess cause, impact, and severity of issues while developing detailed documentation.
Strong attention to detail when working with cross-functional engineering teams.
Willingness to quickly adapt to process changes.
Interest in developing advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS).
Experience working with ADAS automation testing products (preferred).
Strong Excel or Google Sheets experience (preferred).
Experience working independently on complex problems (preferred).
Experience in an operations environment focused on improving quality and time on task (preferred).
Experience in a software/IT, operational, or STEM environment (preferred).
Experience using data visualization tools such as Looker or Superset (preferred).
Experience with technical writing (preferred).

Benefits

12-month contract position.
Expected hourly pay range in California: $33.78 - $56.68/hour USD.
Actual starting pay is based on work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
