Description

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting Singapore’s SME and startup sectors.
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn prospecting, outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
  • Partner with clients to understand role requirements, culture fit, and hiring expectations.
  • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and clients to ensure timely hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with founders, executives, and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and recruitment processes.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, trends, competitor activity, and employer branding.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in 360 recruitment with a strong business development focus.
  • Background in tech recruitment, such as software, IT, or SaaS.
  • Ability to operate in a full-cycle role handling both client acquisition and candidate delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the tech talent market and key technology focuses.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred for Singapore market coverage.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be willing to work EST hours during the initial 2-month training period.
