Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close for 10–15 concurrent technical requisitions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role and seniority level.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define requirements, align on evaluation criteria, and manage hiring timelines.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess technical qualifications and culture alignment.
  • Coordinate interview loops, including technical assessments and coding challenges, to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings across brands.
  • Use ATS tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve recruiting efficiency and data quality.
  • Promote CSC Generation's employer brand and deliver a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in a multi-brand or portfolio organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit across levels and role types, from entry-level IT/product to Director-level AI/Analytics and engineering leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technology, with curiosity and ability to adopt AI-enabled workflows.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to learn role-specific requirements quickly.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage 10–15 concurrent requisitions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
