Description

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close for 10–15 concurrent technical requisitions.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role and seniority level.
Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define requirements, align on evaluation criteria, and manage hiring timelines.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess technical qualifications and culture alignment.
Coordinate interview loops, including technical assessments and coding challenges, to ensure a smooth and timely process.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings across brands.
Use ATS tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve recruiting efficiency and data quality.
Promote CSC Generation's employer brand and deliver a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in a multi-brand or portfolio organization.
Demonstrated ability to recruit across levels and role types, from entry-level IT/product to Director-level AI/Analytics and engineering leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring teams.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technology, with curiosity and ability to adopt AI-enabled workflows.
Solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to learn role-specific requirements quickly.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage 10–15 concurrent requisitions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
