Description

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites and environments.
  • Manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, user groups, permissions, and access.
  • Configure SharePoint settings, site functionality, document management, and site structures.
  • Investigate and resolve SharePoint access, permission, and configuration issues.
  • Support SharePoint migrations, restructures, improvements, projects, and implementations.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and integrated Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Test and review changes before deployment.
  • Document changes, processes, and solutions.
  • Manage assigned work independently, communicate progress, and raise issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Hands-on professional experience administering SharePoint Online.
  • Experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, site structures, and configuration.
  • Experience managing SharePoint permissions, user access, and groups.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical issue-resolution skills.
  • Experience supporting users and resolving technical issues.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and determine appropriate delivery approaches.
  • Must be able to receive payment via Wise in SA, UK, US, or PH; applicants must reside where Wise supports local bank transfers.
